・You do not receive e-mail of confirmation although you register your information or you send your order.
Our shop sends an e-mail automatically to check whether the address you filled out is right.
This case, you might be typing error of address.
Please check again whether the address you filled out is right.

・You do not receive the e-mail about checking our stock of your order, although you receive an e-mail of confirmation automatically.
Our shop usually sends the e-mail about checking our stock of your order within 24 hours (within 48 hours in the case containing our regular holiday) after we accept your order.
However there is sometimes the case that you cannot receive the mail.
(There is the possibility that an e-mail is sent within 48 hours when we receive many orders because of the our SALE period.)

The causes we think are the disappearance of your e-mail in our server or in the server you use, or the delay of your e-mail because of a communicate bug.

Also, there is the possibility that our e-mail be distributed to spam folder because of the systems to protect from the spam automatically by the security or e-mail software you use.
In particular, we think that the possibility of automatic sorting of spam is high when the mail about confirmation of the stock does not arrive at all after the automatic confirmation e-mail has arrived.

If the case like this is happened, please reply to the "Order contents automatic confirmation e-mail".

・You do not receive an e-mail at all although your address is right.
On other than the above causes, there is also the possibility that your mail box is full.
・The e-mail services which have the highly possibility that the server we use has been blocked.
Even if in the case of that an e-mail address you use is correct, by any cause as that the server we use has been blocked, there is the case that you can not receive any mail from us (or our mail will be divided to the spam mail folder).

The e-mail services of MSN series (All of the e-mail services which Microsoft operates, hotmail.co.jp, hotmail.com, outlook.jp, outlook.com etc...)

The following are unstable because of there is some customer who can not recieve our mail at all.

The cause maybe be to protect from spam mail. If we received as error for the related e-mail services, we are going to re-send by such as our e-mail of gmail but, you can not recieve our updated mail.
Therefore, if it applies, please order by other mail addresses.
